Small update - June 21st, 2008

Just a quick small update for now :)

I’ve been working on some more characters to go along with Panny which are coming along quite nice :) I’m also looking at getting some posters and t-shirts made up, I’m going to get the posters/cards done first which will be a mix between artwork and photography

The Imagi-Soft website is up at the moment which is still needing alot of work done to it. Most of it is all done but i need to sort out a better way to display the work we have done for clients.

I’ll post some more artwork up soon :)

Server Troubles - June 3rd, 2008

You may..or may not have noticed that we’ve been down for the past couple of days, this was due to an electrical explosion/fire at the data center where the server is located.  Since the downtime i have been keeping an eye on the thread over on the forum of the datacenter and have to say they have been brillant, the thread has been constantly updated almost every hour with information regarding what they have been doing, whats been going wrong etc…Good work guys!

Now whilst we are back on for now i can’t say how long it will be for but hopefully things should be all sorted out now! Now that we are back up though i have added a couple more pieces of work to my portfolio with this being my fav at the moment:

Panny

I’ve also been working on the NEW imagi-soft website which will be up and running very shortly!

Well thats all i’, posting for now!

Bank holiday updates - May 26th, 2008

So here comes the first update i suppose, and as you might (or might not) be able to tell we have a layout sorted out yay. As this is me i’ll be wanting to change it again soon, but i’ll try and leave it at this for now anyway.

So far i have the About page up and running which will be changed to actually have info about me instead of the “you can edit this page” text that is there now. I have also got the portfolio up and running which is slowly getting work added to, Once i get back home i’ll be taking everything out and organizing it better, whilst not having any catagories or headings, i’ll be keeping photography, illustration, design and sketches together giving a bit of order to the area instead of having scattered about.

So my plans for this blog? well like all the other times i’ve managed to get imagi-soft up and running, i’ve used it to say all the goings on and any developments with what we are working on, which has been good… in a way. But from how it looked i never saw it as a “professional” site which i always want imagi-soft to be. So i am going to be giving the site a big overhall and bring it back up with a new design and a more business oriantated approach, getting rid of all my work from the main site and replacing it with appropriate content (which is the reason for creating this place). This place, “Kamatari”, is me, it’s going to have info on projects i’m going to be working, art that i’ve done…anything to do with me effectively. As mentioned in the last post i’ll be doing a “sketch-a-day” type of thing which will be starting soon (hopefully). I’ll also start to write about the last few weeks of my photography course uploading screens from and pics from my last two photo assignments which should be nice.

So for now, all i can say is keep checking the site and portfolio :)

Welcome, Welcome, Welcome - May 22nd, 2008

Well yet again there has been another change around. After a bit of consideration i have decided to seperate my portfolio and keep the main site to a business feel and have my own little…”world” here.

So whats going to be special about this place? well i’m going to have a big overhall on all my work and get everything posted up here, then once things get going and i keep updating i’m going to start doing a sketch-a-day type of thing and upload it all to this

I’ll add to this a bit later anyways :)
